The PTA is sponsoring Mardi Gras this weekend. It is Saturday from 4:00-7:00. Mrs. Haske, a first grade teacher, won the contest as Queen of Mardi Gras. Mr. Loya, our art teacher, is King of Mardi Gras. As part of the celebration, we had a door decorating contest. Room 12's students made a GREAT looking door. Hope you can make it - a good time is guaranteed!

ReplyDeleteDoes your school celebrate every holiday? I always love door contests. I used to teach in an "open school" so doors were a novelty. Looks like you have an award winning door!
