A Visit From The Dentist

Today, Dr. Mullin and Mr. Dragon talked to us about how to take care of our teeth and how to keep healthy teeth. We learned to brush our teeth twice a day, to floss our teeth once a day, and to eat healthy foods.

Accessibility Summit 2010

I have received information regarding a national conference called "Accessibility Summit 2010" which is held at McLean Bible Church. This conference is designed to inform family members, educators, and advocates of children with disabilities. The break-out sessions cover a wide variety of information from which you can choose - from impact on family, special education law, to public benefits. Mardi Gras Door Decoration Contest

The PTA is sponsoring Mardi Gras this weekend. It is Saturday from 4:00-7:00. Mrs. Haske, a first grade teacher, won the contest as Queen of Mardi Gras. Mr. Loya, our art teacher, is King of Mardi Gras. As part of the celebration, we had a door decorating contest. Room 12's students made a GREAT looking door. Hope you can make it - a good time is guaranteed!
